2015 Blue/White Scrimmage!!

The 2015 Blue/White Scrimmage is set for Friday, August 21st beginning at 6:00 pm with the Quincy Youth Football League players.  Immediately following the QYFL, our 7th and 8th grade teams will take the field followed by our Freshmen, Sophomore and Varsity teams. 

Come out to Flinn Stadium and support our players as they begin the 2015 season!!  Bring a sports drink for entrance to the scrimmage.

Monday, August 10th
12:00 pm - Senior photo at SK Photography studio. (Mrs. Shepherd will be giving specific directions to senior players.)
1:45 pm - 1,000 lb. club photo at Illinois Veteran's Home. (Mrs. Shepherd will provide specific instructions for these players.)

All players should be in uniform and ready to go at the time listed for their group.

2:45 pm - Varsity team and individual photos at Flinn Stadium

Golf Outing 2015

The 7th Annual Blue Devil Football Golf Outing is set for Friday, August 7th at Westview Golf Course.  The event begins at 11:30 am with lunch and then a 12:30 pm shotgun tee off.  The cost is $500 per team.  Come out and support Blue Devil Football!!  Contact Darin Prost, 217-257-9450 or Todd Moore, 217-257-0033 for more information or to register.

Equipment Handout

Weight training will be on Monday - Friday from 8 am - 11 am. Freshman and Sophomore players will lift from 8 am - 9am. Varsity players will lift from 9 am - 11 am. Wednesday will be the speed and conditioning day.

Monday, May 25th  -  We need 10 teams of two (one must be able to drive or a parent driver) who can place flags at various addresses.  Locations will be grouped together.  Flags will be placed at 6:00 am and taken down by dark (time to be announced).  More details to follow.

Spring Day Camp Successful


  • Attention players:  We will be max testing on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.  No weights on Monday or Thursday.

  • Attention players:  Program ad sales have begun.  Pick up your packet of information from Mrs. Shepherd in the QHS library ASAP!


Blue Devil Football had a great day on Sunday, April 26th at the Spring Day Camp.  102 campers enjoyed working on their football skills at Flinn Stadium.  Big thanks to all the coaches and players who gave of their time to make the day great.  Also, thank you to our sponsors who supported the event.

Youth players:  Get your QYFL registrations in!  Early registration deadline is May 15th for $180.  After May 15th, registration fee goes up to $200.  No registrations accepted after May 31st.  Registration form and waiver can be downloaded from tab on right.
