Meet the Coaches  

Phil Neally

Head Freshman Coach

Coach Neally has been with the Blue Devils for twenty five years. Coach Neally is also the QHS Head Wrestling Coach. He graduated from Culver-Stockton college with an elementary education/special education degree and has his Masters Degree in Athletic Administration from William Woods. Coach Neally and his wife Jennifer have two daughters, Abbie May and Maggie Ann.

Brad Bowen

Assistant Freshman Coach

Coach Bowen is a 2010 graduate of QHS and was on the 2009 team that qualified for the state playoffs. Brad made his mark on defense for the Devils starting at nose guard and playing every game with his customary “constant motor”. He went on to play at Culver Stockton College for one season. Coach Bowen has previously coached for the Quincy Youth Football League for 9 seasons. His family includes wife, Amber and fur child, Josie.
