Sesamir Yearby graduated form Quincy High School in 2001. While at Quincy, Sesamir played wide receiver and free safety. Sesamir posses a unique combination of strength and speed. After high school Sesamir attended Illinois State University were he played multiple positions for the Redbirds. As Sesamir continued to develop physically he continued to change positions. Sesamir played at free safety, linebacker and defensive end for the Redbirds. As recent as this year Sesamir had stints in the United Indoor Football League with the Bloomington Extreme as a wide receiver and a defensive back.
