Frank Stoddard

Frank Stoddard is a 1991 graduate of QHS. He was a starter as a junior and senior at the wide receiver and safety positions. Frank was a gifted route runner with good speed and great hands. His senior year he was voted team captain, and team MVP. He was also a first team Herald Whig All-Area wide receiver and Western Big Six All-Conference wide receiver. Upon graduation he played football at Western Illinois University and later transferred to Quincy University where he played wide receiver and was on the 1994 Illini Badger Conference championship team.
